As of 12^th January we will now be open on a Saturday Morning from 9am – 1pm to take your calls and answer your queries. Our full opening hours are now Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. If you call outside of these hours then you can leave a message with a contact daytime phone number and we will call you back the following working day.

2008 Survey

We want to make sure that 2008 is another great year for us, and we want to keep improving our products and the service we offer to ensure that we are giving you – our loyal customers, what you want! We have a short survey which should take about 10 minutes to fill in, and we would love you to take part, as we value your feedback and comments above everything else.

This is now the 3^rd survey of this kind which we have conducted and I would like to thank everyone who has taken part previously. Ideal World Show -Sunday 13th January

Tune into Ideal World / Create and Craft on Sunday 13^th January at 2pm and enjoy two hours of entertainment, crammed with live demonstrations, samples and special offers from Crafter’s Companion. This year we are proud to be working in conjunction with Crafts Beautiful, Quick & Crafty & Let's Make Cards in order to sponsor the 2008 Make It! Show at Farnborough from 18-20^th January.

If you live in the area, or are planning to travel to the show, then this is an event not to be missed! Labelled as the ‘Biggest Craft event in the South’ the show has attracted the top names in the craft world and will play host to thousands of enthusiastic visitors over the three days.

We are centrally located on Stand C16 opposite the Create & Craft Pavilion with a massive area where we will be running demonstrations, displays and make ‘n’ takes throughout the day.
